Reselling Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwiches is a quick and easy way to fundraise! This fundraise is perfect for after school activities, sporting events, plays/musicals, or special events.

What does Chick-fil-A Hamilton Marketplace do?

  • We provide a specialized fundraising purchase price to help maximize fundraising.

  • We prepare and package sandwiches in a heated temperature controlled insulated bag for quality and food safety

  • No minimum of sandwiches required for pickup.

What does the organization need to do?

  • Fill out and email back the Third Party Sales Agreeement form below

  • Email cfahamiltonmarketplace@gmail.com with your order date (or dates), pick up time, and sandwich order.

  • Arrange for pick up of sandwiches

  • Drop off insulated bag back to Chick-fil-A Hamilton Marketplace within 48 hours of your event

Spirit Nights

Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A Hamilton Marketplace is the ultimate low-cost, no-effort fund-raiser! Just invite your community to support your school or organization by eating delicious Chick-fil-A food. Teachers, kids, and families simply dine at the participating Chick-fil-A restaurant on your designated Spirit Night by placing orders through the Chick-fil-A One app and entering your organizations designated spirit night code, and your group enjoys a share of the profits from those orders. The more people eating chicken, the more money you earn. Everyone you know can participate simply by enjoying a delicious Chick-fil-A meal!

What does Chick-fil-A Hamilton Marketplace do?

  • Sales
    We give you 20% of mobile sales brought in by your organization (mobile dine in, mobile carry out, and mobile drive thru) from 5pm-8pm.

  • Create a custom flyer for your event
    A customized flyer with your school/organization information and spirit night code will be sent to you as a pdf file via email. Your school can distribute the flyer as necessary.

  • Gift card purchases do NOT count towards the sales total.

What does the organization need to do?

  • Make the parents aware through placing flyers in take-home folders, on school website/social media, class newsletters etc.

  • Explain to your guests that they can participate in the fundraising as long as they place their order through the app and input the organization’s code. We cannot track sales that are missing the organization code.

  • Send out an email using the verbiage below on the page entitled “Instructions to download Chick-fil-A One app” with a link/instructions to download the Chick-fil-A One app. Have your participants make an account ahead of time so they can place their order with ease the night of the event.

  • Make an “all school announcement” and “all school phone call home” about the spirit night on the day of.
